In these times of unprecedented turmoil we all face significant challenges, and this is in addition to the normal everyday conflicts and challenges in our relationships and daily living.
While there are many ways to calm ourselves and find relief, the purpose of this talk and meditation is to explore the only lasting option open to us in handling the uncertainty around us.
Join us for an evening of inspiration and meditation focusing on:

• Living the open secret to a peaceful and contented life
The talk is followed by a guided meditation.

MEDITATION – ONGOING GROUPS
Meditation is a powerful spiritual practice as well as an effective way to relieve stress, relax in the midst of tensions, to cope with life’s difficulties and to understand ourselves. This ongoing meditation programme offers some key concepts and basic methods of meditation from the East as well as from the West. Awareness will remain the major approach and goal of this programme.
